Responsibilities

• Engage with potential residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored tours and presentations of the community.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the monthly and annual occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management databases and follow up regularly with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional material and advertisements specific to different target audiences.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer grievances, or potential for community growth.
• Participate in local and regional events or conferences to promote community awareness.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all inquiries and moves are handled smoothly and align with the residents' expectations and time frames.
