What You'll Do:

• Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for a large multi-location organization
• Review employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data for accuracy and completeness
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance activities
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and payroll-related documentation
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
• Help identify and resolve payroll discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll, bookkeeping, administrative, office assistant, or human resources experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
