The Role • Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. • Ensure the highest standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation. • Oversee all operational aspects of the fresh food counter, including inventory, ordering, and waste management. • Implement sales-driving initiatives and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards. • Provide expert advice and outstanding service to customers. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a fresh food or bakery setting. • Strong knowledge of fresh food products and a keen eye for quality and freshness. • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. • Excellent customer service, communication, and team leadership skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
