The Role

• Guide customers to protect what matters most to them by understanding and addressing their insurance needs.
• Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
• Deliver outstanding service to demonstrate the value of being a policyholder.
• Build rapport with inbound callers to foster trust and retain customers.
• Contribute to helping customers feel secure and supported.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience; OR Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
