Our client operates in the Financial Services industry in New York.

Description

• Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and payment inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Utilize SAP, Esker, Concur, and Excel to support daily accounts payable operations.

Profile

A successful AP Specialist should have:

• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience resolving vendor and payment discrepancies.
