The Role • Establish the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash capabilities, including product development plans and requirement definitions. • Drive the integration of AI across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. • Develop AI-powered tools and capabilities to address real process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with leaders to understand needs, identify AI automation opportunities, and accelerate revenue cycles. • Define KPIs for AI adoption within Lead to Cash workflows, focusing on cycle time reduction, quote-to-close rates, and ROI. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments, improving employee productivity and operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) applied to sales and revenue operations. • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including quoting, contracting, order management, and billing. • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
