Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Product Manager for a 12-month contract in Irving, TX. Will be working on an onsite schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Mid-Level resource with 4-5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of product roadmap development and feature prioritization methodologies
• Agile product owner experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Evaluate and discuss the feasibility of new product features and enhancements.

Desired Skills & Experience

• IOT data analytics experience- need to have a keen eye for evaluating data and picking out what's important.
• Retail fuel and/or Point of Sale domain knowledge
• Asset management domain knowledge

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a deep understanding of our fuel store operations and identify opportunities for asset management to help maximize revenue and minimize cost
• Develop data-backed business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they are feasible, and aligned with department objectives.
• Drive a subset of the fuel roadmap and align with multiple teams to achieve enterprise goals
• Prioritize the product backlog balancing incoming stakeholder requests against long term vision
• Lead the product development lifecycle and partner with software engineering to release functionality on time and with quality
• Ensure value delivery by defining and tracking initiative KPIs
• Fosters a highly collaborative environment with engineering, UX, and all other stakeholders
