Childcare Product Specialist

Sittercity is hiring a childcare specialist to support families using our online marketplace. In this role, you'll help design and improve tools that connect parents with trusted sitters, focusing on safety, reliability, and ease of use. Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to translate caregiver and parent needs into clear requirements. Analyze user feedback, refine workflows, and support feature launches that enhance matching, screening, and communication. You'll work in a collaborative, mission-driven tech environment, improving access to safe, reliable care for families nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve sitter-family matching tools
• Gather and analyze user feedback from parents and caregivers
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and feature ideas
• Support design and testing of safety and screening workflows
• Monitor key product metrics and recommend enhancements
• Assist in planning and executing product releases and updates
• Document product features, workflows, and best practices
• Partner with customer support to resolve recurring user pain points
