IT System Analyst II

Role Summary
A Systems Analyst II is responsible for delivering software solutions and maintaining existing applications to enhance organizational efficiency. This role involves analyzing requirements, developing and testing code, and implementing applications in a timely and cost-effective manner. The position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to support seamless business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support application software to meet organizational needs.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and implement software applications.
• Analyze requirements and modify existing logic for ongoing application support.
• Maintain and test application components, ensuring integration within existing systems.
• Provide systems analysis, including design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide tailored software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and systems.
• Perform documentation and testing to ensure software quality and performance standards are met.
• Support project implementation and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure system integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 12 years of IT experience, or
• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with at least 5 years of IT experience.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic PC skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and adapt to evolving systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
