As a Public Relations Assistant at GG Media, you will support the development and execution of public relations and communication initiatives while helping maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of public relations initiatives and campaigns.

• Support communication between the company, clients, partners, and external contacts.

• Help prepare presentations, written materials, announcements, and internal communications.

• Coordinate meetings, events, promotional activities, and company initiatives.

• Maintain organized records of communication activities, contacts, and ongoing projects.

• Provide professional assistance during client meetings, events, and company presentations.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.

• Help identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and community relationships.

• Respond professionally to inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.

• Support the Public Relations team with day-to-day administrative and communication tasks.
