We are hiring for Germany's leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality, we are dedicated to making a difference through exceptional service and commitment.

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical and professional matters on-site.
• Ensure adherence to all company standards and manage daily operational planning.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with a high level of service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee incoming orders.
• Execute quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master car mechanic, mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or bodywork constructor.
• Willingness to undergo and pass the expert examination, or already be qualified as an Operations Manager (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and comfortable with PC usage.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and maintain trust-based collaboration.

What's On Offer

• Starting salary of at least 3,200 EUR gross per month (for full-time, 39 hours/week) for individuals with a vocational training qualification in the automotive sector.
• Additional 300 EUR gross per month for the functional responsibility as Operations Manager, plus further allowances for additional responsibilities.
• Annual holiday pay and Christmas bonus, each amounting to 1,062 EUR gross.
• 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave for exceptional occasions and the option of a sabbatical.
