They are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join a significant enterprise IT contract, focusing on critical infrastructure operations and maintenance. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave network enterprise. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Assist walk-up and remote customers with PKI-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues. • Train remote site personnel to perform basic Trusted Agent duties. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established identity and access management guidelines. • Document troubleshooting procedures for 24/7 IT Operations Center watch personnel. What You'll Need • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, token cards, and soft certificates. • Proficiency with identity and access management (IdAM) technologies, including certificate authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request tracking. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer types, including senior executives. • A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required. • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements.
