The Role

• Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies, including brand and category management.
• Create, plan, and execute sales and communication initiatives, encompassing all B2C measures.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, including assortment discussions, new product introductions, and merchandising.
• Generate and analyze reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the content, creative, and visual conceptualization and execution of marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or a state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• Economic mindset and good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative abilities.
• Good to very good English language skills.
