Job description

About the Role

Build and lead product marketing for a B2B SaaS company serving the construction sector. You will shape how customers across multiple markets understand, evaluate, and adopt the product, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging across customer segments, buyer personas, and regions.

  • Build the product marketing function, including its strategy, playbook, and operating practices.

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product, partner, and feature launches across multiple markets.

  • Develop sales enablement materials such as battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve product discovery and adoption among construction companies.

  • Design AI-supported workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement.

  • Lead positioning and messaging for a website rebuild.

  • Turn customer interviews, win/loss findings, and market signals into actionable insights.

  • Build customer evidence and advocacy programmes, including references, case studies, and event participation.

  • Advise regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to eight years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including marketing to conservative, process-heavy industries.

  • Experience building a product marketing function from scratch and working within established product marketing teams.

  • Experience owning product marketing for a SaaS business serving large organizations, with fast-paced sales cycles, and managing work across multiple regions.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an evolving environment with limited structure.

  • Construction technology, property technology, or related industry experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with construction platforms such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, AI/ML tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
