My client, a premier large national firm, has a number of opportunities for a Legal AI Engineer to join their growing team!


The Role

Playing a key role in translating legal work into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will be involved in workflow design, prompt development, testing, optimisation, training and stakeholder support, while helping to maintain a governed library of digital assets.



  • Design and build structured prompts, legal workflows, practice playbooks and matter-specific toolkits.

  • Translate real legal work into practical AI-enabled solutions that can be adopted across practice groups.

  • Test, troubleshoot and optimise workflows for usability, accuracy and legal relevance.

  • Support rollout initiatives, including innovation sprints, practice deep dives and hands-on user support.

  • Maintain a governed library of assets, incorporating version control and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and support responsible, compliant use of AI.


About you

You may come from a legal, knowledge management, legal innovation or technology-enabled practice background. You will bring a strong interest in legal technology and AI, together with the ability to translate complex legal or technical concepts into practical, user-friendly solutions.



  • Exposure to AI tools such as Legora, Harvey, Claude or similar will be highly regarded.

  • Experience designing legal workflows, knowledge assets or process improvements is desirable.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where technology, legal practice and innovation intersect.
