Salesforce Technical Lead - Federal Sector

Initial 12-month Contract (with 12-month extension)

Competitive Rate

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

Join a high-performing team as a Salesforce Technical Lead and take ownership of delivering complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to shape solution design, champion development best practices, and influence the evolution of a large-scale Salesforce platform.
  • Working alongside architects, developers, UX specialists, and key stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in delivering robust, scalable, and user-focused solutions while mentoring team members and helping establish modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills
  • 5-7+ years Salesforce Developer experience
  • Recent Salesforce Technical Lead experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omniscripts, Flexcards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures)
  • Object-oriented programming (OOP), frameworks, and design patterns
  • Experience in helping build team capability, establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Gitlab, Agile, DevOps and JIRA
  • Salesforce Integration, REST APIs and Platform Events
  • Salesforce related Certification is a plus
