Field service operations, Mobile workforce solutions
Hands-on configuration and development experience within Salesforce platform
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills (especially with Business Analysts and business users)
Ability to work across design, build, test, and deployment phases
Problem-solving mindset with ability translate business requirements in technical solutions
