About the Role
Lead a team building a context platform for an AI-powered data analytics product. The platform helps users understand and improve how AI agents work with business data, making their results more useful and reliable.
What You'll Do
Lead the engineering team responsible for the context platform.
Set technical strategy, review designs, and contribute directly to implementation.
Manage and support engineers, set a high bar, and help the team do its best work.
Recruit and develop engineering talent.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years as an engineering manager.
Experience managing teams of 3 to 15 engineers and leading engineering for a technical product.
Recent hands-on experience building an agentic or AI-native product.
Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with React, Postgres, and Python is valuable.
Experience in a high-growth startup and a technical product environment, such as data tools or developer tools.
A computer science degree, equivalent technical degree, or comparable technical foundations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $221,000 to $295,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, with the primary location in San Francisco, California. New York, New York is also listed as a work location.
