About the role:

If successful, you will provide comprehensive support of digitalproject delivery across the organisation by liaising with internaland external clients to design, develop, implement and maintain allelements of our digital delivery, including online courses andresources, digital communications and engagement tools.

To be considered for this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of instructional designexperience
• Highly developed ICT skills and experience as aninstructional designer or curriculum developer, including theability to write and review effective copy, instructional text,audio / video scripts
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS),preferably Moodle and aXcelerate
• An understanding of the Vocational Education and Training(VET) system, EAL programs, adult learning concepts or hybridlearning
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strongattention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and projectenvironment, and to work autonomously as needed
• Ability to liaise closely with content experts, to assessprogram needs and produce and implement effective digitaldelivery
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate workplace projects effectively, tocollaborate with stakeholders and to meet tight timelines
• Desire and ability to quickly learn new development tools,AI technologies and software solutions as required
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and instructionaldesign principles, as well as how to implement them in anonline platform
