The Role

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct research and resolve any discrepancies in payments received.
• Maintain essential department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review and match payment data from third-party partners to the appropriate customer accounts.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience in accounts receivable or banking is a plus.
