The Role

• Providing individual and activating care for residents
• Implementing care documentation and planning
• Responsible for medication distribution
• Maintaining close contact with residents, relatives, and doctors
• Adhering to quality assurance measures
• Assisting with the professional guidance and support of care assistants, trainees, and interns

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (geriatric or general)
• Additional qualification as a Palliative Care specialist
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility
