Duales Studium Personalmanagement (B.A.) | Frankfurt am Main, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading private university with a strong focus on innovative and flexible higher education, dedicated to preparing students for successful careers through practice-oriented learning. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree.

The Role

  • Design, implement, and establish HR projects and concepts independently.
  • Contribute to the conceptual development of recruiting strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of recruiting events.
  • Manage job postings and create compelling advertisements.
  • Organize and support the interview process.

What You'll Need

  • Have (technical) high school diploma, a recognized professional qualification, or are a state-certified technician/business administrator.
  • Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Possess commercial thinking and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Exhibit strong social competence, motivation, and communication abilities.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good English language skills.
