EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

• 8+ years of product management experience in relevant digital product environments, which may include AI, B2B, B2C, ecommerce, SaaS, membership, community, CRM, web, mobile, or digital engagement products, with experience leading AI/ML products or AI-enabled features from concept to production with measurable impact.
• 8+ years of experience with user-facing digital solution design and delivery, including discovery, requirements definition, cross-functional execution, implementation, launch, measurement, iteration, and digital analytics.
• Deep technical fluency in how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
• Platform mindset with experience building scalable developer or data platforms, mobile applications, and hands-on work with LLMs, embeddings, or agentic systems in production.
• Experience with AI-enabled features, personalization, search, matching, recommendation, marketplace, community, or network-based products.
• Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or Figma.
• Mobile product leadership, startup or high-growth, or ground-up product-building experience preferred.
• Familiarity with applied AI in regulated or high-trust domains such as fintech, identity, or risk.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Product management training, Agile certification, business UX/UI, or AI/product strategy training preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.
• Ability to work for extended hours at a computer screen.
• Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 20% per year.
