MedHealth is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across our national organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Technology Customer Experience, you'll lead IT service management, change management, vendor performance, operational communications, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our technology services are reliable, efficient, and customer-focused.
