The Role

• Perform expert repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Undertake the role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, handle customer funds, and process incoming and outgoing orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a Master Auto Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Engineer, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required certification for Operations Management or already possess HWK certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient PC skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong orientation towards client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and foster trusting relationships.

• Competitive starting salary from €3,200 gross per month (39 hours/week) for qualified individuals, with part-time options available.
• Additional €300 gross per month as a functional operations management allowance.
