Product Manager/Program Manager

Role : Product Manager
Location : Atlanta, GA ( Onsite Role)

Key Responsibilities
Partner with developers across portfolios to understand pain points, workflow challenges, and opportunities to improve the developer experience.
Plan and conduct pilots, empathy sessions, focus groups, surveys, and feedback sessions to evaluate developer tools, platform capabilities, and processes.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights, backlog improvements, and prioritized product recommendations.
Partner with Platform Engineering, Product, UX, and engineering teams to incorporate developer feedback into roadmap and delivery priorities.
Define, track, and report on Developer Experience KPIs and OKRs, including adoption, satisfaction, onboarding, usability, and productivity.
Operationalize successful pilots and improvements through rollout plans, repeatable processes, ownership, measurement, and adoption activities.
Develop and coordinate consolidated product communications for pilots, launches, enhancements, roadmap updates, and developer-facing changes.
Measure outcomes and prepare leadership readouts highlighting insights, progress against OKRs, adoption trends, and recommended actions.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management, program management, developer experience, user research, or technology delivery.
Experience leading pilots, focus groups, empathy sessions, surveys, workshops, or similar feedback initiatives.
Ability to translate developer/customer feedback and data into actionable product priorities and backlog improvements.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
Experience supporting product communications, launches, rollout, and operationalization.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Developer Experience (DX), Developer Productivity, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
Familiarity with developer platforms and tooling such as Backstage, GitLab CI/CD, developer portals, and software templates.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation, user research, and adoption strategies.
Familiarity with developer satisfaction, productivity, onboarding, and usability metrics.
Experience supporting platform modernization, digital transformation, or developer productivity initiatives.
