They are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their Secure Environments team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects within secure facilities. The Role

• Manage all site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure strict adherence to all health and safety procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaising effectively to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Support procurement processes by assisting in subcontractor selection and providing performance feedback.
• Contribute to team development by nurturing an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
• Provide oversight for projects with an M&E focus.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for effective client and colleague interaction.
• Experience working within secure environments (SC Clearance level preferred, but can be arranged).
• A full driving licence and a UK/British Passport.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
