Sales Support Specialist/Customer Services

Join a dynamic, rapidly growing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) wholesale company. We are looking for someone to fill the pivotal role of Sales Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving objectives. This multifaceted role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with various sales-related tasks and projects.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and any other applicable communication methods.
~ Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
~ Prior knowledge of QuickBooks platform preferred.
~ Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on sales inquiries and support sales personnel.
~ Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, regulatory data, sales activities, prices, and other relevant information in our CRM(SalesForce)
~ Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
~ Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
~ 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrativeassistance
~ Pharmaceutical compounding industry understanding, and experience preferred
~ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel
~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
~ This position is on-site
, Monday through Thursday from 10:00am-4:00pm.
