Job Description

Join a mid-size healthcare organization as the Director of Intelligent Automation & AI, where you will lead the charge in digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with business leaders and IT teams, you will design and implement automation solutions that ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. This strategic position not only focuses on enhancing operational efficiency but also prepares the organization for advanced AI applications that improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise automation initiatives leveraging Microsoft services to improve corporate and administrative efficiencies.

  • Design and deploy AI capabilities that provide measurable operational, financial, and productivity benefits.

  • Develop phased roadmaps for digital transformation to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement strategies for improvement that maintain business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management within a healthcare setting, focusing on automation and transformation.

  • Strong background in billing processes and their integration with automation solutions in healthcare organizations.

  • Expertise in leading digital transformation projects, specifically using Microsoft technologies like Azure and Power Platform.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and implementing compliant processes in automation projects.
