SAP Finance Project Manager

Role: SAP Finance Project Manager

Location: Nutley, NJ or Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage full-lifecycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades focusing on PM-to-Finance integration (e.g., maintenance order costing, equipment asset accounting, and work order settlements).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal finance stakeholders, maintenance/plant managers, external consultants, and technical developers.
• Project Governance: Define project scope, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines PMBOK best practices.
• Financial Controlling: Oversee project budget tracking, variance analysis, CAPEX/OPEX tracking for maintenance projects, and ROI metrics.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop contingency plans, and resolve cross-module blockers between PM, MM (Materials Management), and FI/CO.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in IT/ERP project management, with at least 3-5 years specializing in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) integration with Financials and Controlling (FI/CO - Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
• Certifications: Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or official SAP S/4HANA Associate/Professional credentials.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, multicultural team collaboration, and executive-level reporting
