The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift work setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and actively assist in therapeutic interventions.
• Administer physician-ordered treatments independently and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain accurate and structured nursing documentation and manage daily station operations.
• Contribute actively to a supportive, organized, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed education as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Specialist, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, previous experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care (though not a strict requirement).
