~ Lead monthly project cost reviews (job cost meetings) with PMs, executives, and finance stakeholders.
FP&A / Financial Planning
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and annual budgets for the project portfolio, consolidating bottom-up project data into company-level financial plans. Build and refine financial models for cash flow projection, capital expenditure planning, and revenue recognition (percentageof- completion). Analyze budget-to-actual variances at the project and portfolio level; Support quarterly forecasting cycles, long-range planning (3–5 year), and annual budgeting processes in partnership with corporate FP&A.
Prepare board-level and executive reporting packages, including KPIs, margin analysis, and portfolio risk summaries. Partner with accounting on WIP (work-in-progress) schedules, revenue recognition, and month-end close as it relates to project financials. Serve as the primary financial liaison between field operations, project management, accounting, and executive leadership. Mentor and develop junior project controls and cost analysts. Drive standardization and continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and reporting cadences.
Support pre-construction efforts including budget development, risk assessment, and financial feasibility analysis for new projects.
