Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking an Order Fullfillment Associate to join their team. As an Order Fullfillment Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Fullfillment Associate

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Print customer orders from the computer system and select the appropriate products from the shelves or primary product locations.
  • Verify product and pick information for all customer orders to maintain high accuracy, including serial numbers for high-tech items.
  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of inbound and outbound freight, including loading and unloading shipments from trucks.
  • Pack customer orders carefully using appropriate-sized boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during delivery.
  • Verify shipping labels for accuracy and process shipping upgrades as necessary to meet delivery expectations.

  • Good reading, math, computer, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multi-task efficiently.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
