Details:
Transfer to CMO is nearly complete.
Preparing for trial launches in April 2026, so this role supports the production ramp-up.
Involves real-time and formal assessments of manufacturing operations.
Focused on GMP technical manufacturing rather than quality.
Candidates with an operator background who moved into manufacturing roles have done well in similar positions.
Experience Required: 5+ years
Must Haves:
CAR-T manufacturing experience
Some quality exposure
Nice to Have:
Prodigy system experience (common among CAR-T professionals)
