So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Services Sales Manager, Actimize to drive Professional Services revenue across an assigned territory and portfolio of existing clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end services sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation and opportunity qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, Statement of Work (SOW) closure, and successful handover to delivery teams.

You will partner closely with License Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services Delivery teams to position Professional Services as a strategic component of the overall solution. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong financial services domain expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global financial institutions.

For the initial year, the annual individual booking target is expected to be in the range of USD 6M – 10M, subject to annual revision based on organizational objectives.

How will you make an impact?

You will be responsible for driving Professional Services growth and customer success by:

  • Owning the end-to-end services sales cycle from lead generation through opportunity closure.
  • Defining and executing territory and account plans to achieve services revenue targets.
  • Generating new Professional Services pipeline, including standalone services opportunities.
  • Developing compelling value propositions based on customer business needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Managing services sales opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Working closely with Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to provide services responses for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Supporting and contributing to the Professional Services RFP response library.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers and Pre-Sales teams to understand solution scope and position services effectively.
  • Partnering with Professional Services Delivery teams to ensure alignment and readiness for project execution.
  • Demonstrating ownership and accountability throughout the services engagement lifecycle.
  • Developing project effort estimates using company-approved estimation tools.
  • Preparing customer-facing proposals using approved templates.
  • Creating Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned to customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms to successfully close Professional Services engagements.
  • Supporting the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Professional Services sales materials and templates.
  • Ensuring seamless transition of opportunities from sales to delivery teams.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience in Financial Services including Banking, Brokerage, Capital Markets, or Insurance industries.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring, and/or Trade Surveillance.
  • Proven experience selling Professional Services or Consulting Services within a software vendor, consulting, or technology organization.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding services sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and solution sales cycles.
  • Experience managing complex customer engagements and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to articulate the value of Professional Services as part of a broader solution sale.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing business cases and commercial proposals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience selling to executive and C-level stakeholders within Financial Services organizations.
  • NICE Actimize product knowledge and industry experience.
  • Experience working with AML, Fraud, Financial Crime, or Compliance solutions.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience creating effort estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Knowledge of Professional Services delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented working style.
