They are seeking a skilled PKI System Administrator to join a critical enterprise IT contract within a large, multi-enclave environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems and directly contribute to mission success. The Role • Manage and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, including Certificate Authorities (CAs), RCVS, and OCSP. • Provide Tier 2 system/server administration for identity and access management (IdAM) functions. • Interact with customers and stakeholders to troubleshoot PKI-related issues and fulfill service inquiries. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic PKI duties and support them in resolving issues. • Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) duties, including patching, upgrades, and implementing new technologies. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for IdAM functions. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with PKI technologies, including RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards. • Experience troubleshooting PKI and soft certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Proficiency in using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request management. • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
