UI/UX Designer / Peachtree Corners / On-Site

A growing technology company in Peachtree Corners, GA is looking for a Full-Time UI/UX Designer to join its product team. This individual will be responsible for designing intuitive digital experiences across customer-facing web applications, creating wireframes and prototypes for new features, and helping shape the overall user experience of the platform. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into polished, user-friendly solutions.

This is a highly visible role for someone who loves solving problems through design. The team is looking for a designer who can think through user workflows, quickly turn concepts into interactive prototypes, and advocate for a seamless customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction, improve existing experiences, and help define the future look and feel of the platform. A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, wireframes, prototypes, and web application experience is required.
Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web application design, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Expert proficiency with Figma
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and modern design trends
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, layout, and consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new features
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and improve user experiences
• Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows
• Maintain visual consistency across products through design standards and component libraries
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience
