Job Description

End User Management (EUM) Initiative Lead
Onsite Annapolis Junction, MD | US Citizenship Required | Travel (less than 10%)
Clearance level: Active TS/SCI with Poly Summary
The End User Management (EUM) Initiative Lead leads enterprise end-user initiatives for federal clients, improving device management, collaboration tools, and workforce productivity while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and federal IT standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive planning and execution of EUM initiatives aligned with federal contract objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver end-user solutions
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies; report status to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure initiatives comply with federal regulations, security standards, and ITIL/service management practices
  • Support adoption of new technologies, process improvements, and end-user enablement strategies Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field •5+ years managing IT service delivery, end-user computing, or EUM initiatives •Experience in federal contracting or government IT environments
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management, collaboration tools, and service management frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • ITIL and/or PMP/Agile certification
  • TS/SCI with polygraph required ------------------------
