Customer Service Executive | Craigavon, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £12.21 per hour

We're hiring on behalf of a leading contact centre partner that works with major telecommunications brands. This organisation is known for its commitment to customer excellence and providing career development opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate customers.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, chat, and email to resolve account issues.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and account managers.
• Provide insights into customer accounts and suggest service enhancements.
• Manage and maintain customer account information accurately.
• Deliver weekly/monthly reporting and analysis to clients.

What You'll Need

• Previous Service Management experience is essential.
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, or experience in a B2B client environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage heavy workloads.
