The Role

• Develop, execute, and analyze marketing strategies, encompassing creative and visual content.
• Contribute to the development and redesign of innovative marketing and sales concepts, including brand and category management.
• Plan and implement sales and communication strategies, including B2C initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, manage product lifecycle, and advise on merchandising.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to measure campaign success.

What You'll Need

• Completed (technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Good to very good English language skills.
• Familiarity with CMS systems, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator is advantageous.

What's On Offer

• Monthly salary between €320 - €375 gross, depending on the partner company.
• Full coverage of study fees, up to €789 monthly.

• Potential for direct employment with the practical partner company post-graduation (2 out of 3 graduates are typically hired).
