Staff Product Designer / Construction / SaaS / Toronto

A rapidly growing series A SaaS startup is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of mobile experiences for a workflow-driven Construction SaaS platform. This is a full time opportunity focused on creating intuitive iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications while partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product strategy, owning projects from concept to launch, and is looking to take that step forward into a staff level role. You'll have the opportunity to shape the mobile experience, contribute to design systems, and make a significant impact in a high growth environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Product Design experience
• Strong mobile app design experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch
• Expertise in UX, interaction design, and user research
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Design system experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• B2B SaaS experience
• Workflow-heavy product experience
• Construction, logistics, scheduling, or operational software experience
• Mentoring experience
