Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Remote

Primary Skills:
Snowflake, Coalesce, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, Python, DBT

Required Skills / Experience:

• Strong SQL skills with experience in complex SQL workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, warehouse optimization, query performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Coalesce for scalable Snowflake data models, automation, and metadata-driven development.
• Strong experience developing and managing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and Snowflake integration.
• Experience with DBT, including advanced features such as macros, packages, and custom materializations.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data models and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data profiling, including primary/unique keys, cardinality, data types, precision, scale, and data skew.
• Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in Snowflake queries and DBT models.
• Experience optimizing Snowflake warehouse configurations and query performance.
• Experience designing data quality frameworks and testing strategies.
• Experience creating reusable DBT packages and macros.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for DBT deployments.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Healthcare application/data experience is preferred.
