The Role

• Implement the local training concept for practical education.
• Guide and mentor trainees through their practical learning phases.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for generalist nursing education.
• Foster a high-quality, results-oriented training environment for future specialists.
• Provide technical training and guidance to other practice supervisors within the facility.
• Undertake duties as a qualified nursing professional.
• Develop, promote, and ensure adherence to cooperation agreements with external institutions.
• Maintain regular contact with educational institutions.
• Participate in recruitment activities to attract new trainees.
• Independently manage and document all administrative tasks related to the role.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• Certified qualification as a Practice Supervisor (Praxisanleiter).
• Solid professional experience within the healthcare sector.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• High levels of empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
