This is a Hybrid position, in office Tuesday-Thursday in the south Chicago suburbs. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies
Strong front-end development experience with React
Experience with Git source control and collaborative development processes
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Experience working within Agile development environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Desired Skills & Experience Microsoft Azure or AWS experience
Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
SQL Server development, optimization, and performance tuning
RESTful API design and development
Event-driven architectures and distributed systems experience
