Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst. This role heavily focuses on elicitation, discovery, requirements gathering, workshops, and process improvement.

Summary

We are looking for someone who can take messy, undefined processes and create recommendations - the core element is business and understanding business requirements. The BA must facilitate workshops and create actionable deliverables. Strong process mapping experience is required. This organization operates in significant ambiguity and transformation.
Duties include:

• Experience gathering requirements through interviews, job shadowing, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Support product teams with epics and features
• Heavy interaction with PMO and business stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Business Analyst experience
• Elicitation and discovery skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
• Agile experience strongly preferred

Experience with:

• Workshop facilitation
• Requirements gathering
• Process improvement
• Gap analysis
• Process mapping
• Stakeholder management

Preferred:

• Financial services experience
• Lending experience
• Data analysis experience
• Visio experience
• Lucidchart experience
• Product team support experience
• Project management exposure

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
