Job Title: Vice President, Speech Language Pathology

Location: Atlanta, GA

Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET) | $250,000 Full-Time

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Vice President, Speech-Language Pathology to lead and oversee operations across a growing multi-site practice in Georgia. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with proven operational and expansion experience — someone who can build systems, mentor teams, and help more families access high-quality care across the state.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, clinical quality, and performance across all existing practice sites

  • Lead the strategic planning, site selection, and successful launch of new locations throughout Georgia

  • Develop and implement standardized operational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols across all sites

  • Partner with clinical leads and site managers to ensure consistent quality of care and regulatory compliance

  • Manage staffing strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention planning across the practice network

  • Analyze site-level performance metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, clinical, or personnel matters across the organization

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align practice growth with broader organizational goals

  • Foster a warm, family-centered culture of care that extends across every site in the network

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site healthcare or clinical practice operations

  • Proven track record of successfully launching or expanding new practice locations

  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology clinical standards, compliance, and best practices

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-site communication skills

  • Ability to travel across Georgia locations as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree or certification in healthcare administration or business leadership

  • Experience with EMR/practice management systems used in multi-site clinical settings

  • Background in change management or process standardization across growing organizations

  • Familiarity with Georgia state healthcare regulations specific to speech-language pathology practices
