The Role

• Provide comprehensive care for a diverse range of patients, including those with internal and cardiac conditions, and post-operative recovery following general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, and angiology.
• Execute patient-centered care plans, including addressing the needs of patients and their families within the nursing process framework.
• Benefit from administrative support from ward and service assistants for non-nursing tasks.
• Independently implement physician-ordered treatments and procedures reliably.
• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives and process optimization within the nursing department.
