The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Identify improvements in the effectiveness of nursing department staffing in collaboration with nursing leaders.
• Assist and advise supervisors on any issues related to the nursing schedule.
• Ensure employee, contract, and student files comply with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and inform nursing staff of their assigned duties and schedules under CNO supervision.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proven organizational and clerical skills.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital setting is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, such as Joint Commission standards.
