Our client is a growing private equity secondaries firm with a strong team and a superb track record. With over $5.0 billion AUM, they have seen tremendous growth in the last few years, and are looking to build upon this growth by adding an investment associate into their impressive team. They have fostered a highly collaborative culture, and are looking for high performing and motivated individuals who they can train in the necessary skillset to develop and grow with the firm in the long term. What the job involves
- The team are looking for an investment associate to work on investment due diligence and execution
- You will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, from LP-led liquidity solutions, through to bespoke, complex GP-led investment solutions
- You will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring of the existing portfolio
- Work with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactions
- Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries
- Experience in areas such as transaction services, investment banking, M&A or private equity
- 2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience conducting financial valuation analysis
- A second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantage
- A strong interest in private equity and investing
