The Role

• Prospecting new business opportunities and managing assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conducting property inspections to identify pest issues and assess needs.
• Developing and recommending customized pest control solutions based on inspections and customer requirements.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with commercial clients through empathetic problem-solving and clear communication.
• Utilizing company-provided tools and technology, including iPads and sales software, for client agreements and organization.
• Collaborating with customers to ensure their regulatory standards for safety and quality are met.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain any required pesticide licenses or certifications (company-sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.
